Refunds are not available for monthly plans. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within the first 7 days of activation.
Service Issues
If a technical issue prevents platform usage and is unresolved, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscriptions anytime, but refunds will not be issued for the remaining period.
